Generating Routes for Women’s Leadership (GROWL): A Toolkit To Address Your Gender Pay Gap

Addressing the U.K.’s gender pay gap is complex but vital. Join the Sylvia Pankhurst Gender and Diversity Research Centre for the launch of the ‘Generating Routes for Women’s Leadership’ (GROWL) toolkit that will enable you to engage with research evidence and best practice, in a lively network, to address your gender pay gap.

GROWL offers six free ‘Evidence-Led Enquiry Tools’ to help you reflect on your context and address barriers specific to your organisation. We’ve also built an emerging ‘Ideas Bank’ of better practice and developed a network that can use this toolkit to address the gender pay gap and generate better routes for women’s leadership. The Sylvia Pankhurst Gender and Diversity Research Centre honors our alumni Sylvia Pankhurst who was one of those imprisoned suffragettes who 100 years ago won women over 30 years old the vote. Now is the time to accelerate women’s equality in the workplace. See our Centenary plans here.
