We are keen that both our clients and our coaches are representative of women living across all of the Boroughs of Greater Manchester, and we particularly welcome applications from Black, Asian, LGBTQ+, working class and disabled women.

If you are a woman who could could benefit from coaching, we’d love to hear from you. You have to be over 18 to apply but there is no upper age limit.

If you are a woman with leadership and/or coaching experience who is interested in empowering Greater Manchester’s future female leaders, we would love to hear from you. Our coaches are all volunteers who are passionate about supporting other women.
Recruitment for both clients and coaches remains open and we do pushes with deadlines throughout the year so we can match people up.

Join us as a Development Volunteer
There are opportunities to be part of the wider development team that supports the organisation of events, database management and research. If you would like to offer your time to become part of our feminist network and are prepared to donate 4 hours a week for at least a year, or maybe undertake a short adhoc piece of work then get in touch.
